I am working exclusively to source a Junior HR Business Partner to join an established HR team. Due to rapid growth this team has a need for an experienced pair of hands but offers the perfect opportunity to grow with the business.

About the Role:Joining a dynamic and growing manufacturing business, you'll support the HR team in delivering a proactive, people-focused service. Working closely with managers, you'll provide guidance on all aspects of HR, from employee relations to talent development, helping to drive a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers with HR advice across employee relations, absence management, and performance issues
  • Work on key HR projects, including engagement initiatives and talent development
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Support HR data reporting and analysis to drive decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to promote a positive and inclusive workplace

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
  • Confident in handling ER cases with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) would be an advantage
