About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor with MHE experience in Ilkeston, Derby. This role combines administrative and hands-on responsibilities, ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in both office settings and warehouse environments.
Working Hours and Pay:
Days:Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ONLY
Hours05:00 to 15:00 with a 1-hour break
Pay Rate: £15.20 per hour
Location: DE7, Ilkeston
Type:Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily admin tasks including answering emails, handling telephone calls, and processing paperwork.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to warehouse operations and team performance.
Lead and supervise your team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Oversee and participate in key warehouse activities, including order picking with MHE
Operate and manage MHE to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and coordinating.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role with strong knowledge of MHE operations.
Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
