HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of supporting HR managers, dealing with ER matters and following up on strategy and processes. This role is based within a manufacturing company in the Ilkeston area of Derbyshire. You will work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure all HR processes are being followed. This role is a 12-month FTC with possibility of permanent employment upon completion.
Daily duties will include:
- Working alongside senior members of the HR team to design and deliver strategic projects and change management initiatives.
- Overseeing and maintaining all ER matters and processes such as redundancies, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Supporting and coaching HR managers.
- Aligning HR strategies with business objectives and producing reports to reflect these matters.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law and implement these into the business.
- Engage and coordinate with the key stakeholders of the business.
Experience required for the successful HR Business Partner:
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
- Experience working within a HRBP role.
- Previous experience within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft packages.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
