HR Business Partner
Ilkeston, Derbyshire
£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Monday to Friday

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of supporting HR managers, dealing with ER matters and following up on strategy and processes. This role is based within a manufacturing company in the Ilkeston area of Derbyshire. You will work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure all HR processes are being followed. This role is a 12-month FTC with possibility of permanent employment upon completion.

Daily duties will include:

  • Working alongside senior members of the HR team to design and deliver strategic projects and change management initiatives.
  • Overseeing and maintaining all ER matters and processes such as redundancies, restructuring, and succession planning.
  • Supporting and coaching HR managers.
  • Aligning HR strategies with business objectives and producing reports to reflect these matters.
  • Keep up to date with changes in employment law and implement these into the business.
  • Engage and coordinate with the key stakeholders of the business.


Experience required for the successful HR Business Partner:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
  • Experience working within a HRBP role.
  • Previous experience within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft packages.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
