Temporary HR Coordinator
£15.20 per hour

Our client is looking to hire a seasoned HR Coordinator to support their dynamic team. Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- To support staff induction where required.
- assisting with recruitment activity andsupporting casework as required
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Staff absence management and entitlement monitoring
- Manage HR documentation and correspondence.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal Temporary HR Coordinator will have:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or be working towards it (desirable)
- Experience working in an HR department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
