Job Title: Primary Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role involves creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of young students, fostering a positive and stimulating classroom environment, and promoting academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to support varying learning needs, including students with SEND
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary education, particularly within KS1 and KS2
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies for young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and parents
