Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (including weekends)

What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the indoor retail area, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.

Drive Sales & Performance: Use your commercial expertise to maximize sales, optimise stock levels, and enhance product presentation.

Develop & Motivate the Team: Coach, mentor, and empower staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Operational Excellence: Manage stock control, oversee tills and cash operations, and ensure high visual merchandising standards.

Keyholder Responsibilities: Assist with opening and closing the centre.

Maintain Standards: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and inviting for customers.
