We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our client on Immingham Docks. This is a temporary position with the potential for it to become permanent.

The purpose of the Planning Administrator is:

Working in a busy shipping terminal, the purpose of this role is to actively manage inbound and outbound cargo movements, terminal inventory, and ship records while acting as the primary point of contact for the terminal's customers.

Duties for the Planning Administrator role:

  • Ensure the smooth and effective planning, loading, arrival, and departure of all collections
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries and complaints
  • Helping support the audit process
  • Ensure the stock management system is always kept up to date
  • Produced weekly and monthly reports on Excel
  • Record and process statistical data
  • Manage vessel schedules for the terminal

The Weighbridge Administrator will be:

  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as this role will be a job share
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Have a driving license and own transport to be able to get to Immingham Docks
  • Have good knowledge of port operations
