Title: Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is an external sales role, requiring regular travel to meet with clients and prospects.

Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.

External Sales: Conduct regular client visits and attend industry events to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably within the labels or packaging industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work location.

Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
