Field based covering Scotland and Northern Ireland

Our financial services client is a product provider including With Profits funds which is where this BDM or RSM role as it called sits.

The role responsibilities include:-

  • Deliver sales revenue through the sale of the With Profit Fund via IFA’s
  • Develop "Business to Business" IFA relationships and feedback to help develop capability and approach, to support future customer growth.
  • Develop, maintain and grow existing and new adviser relationships in person and didgitally
  • Develop and maintain key platform relationships with partner platforms.
  • Deliver and own strong sales performance against stretching goals.
  • Be responsible for conducting own business plan, as agreed National Sales Manager
  • Be responsible for the production of MI reports as appropriate, for review with your line manager

We’re looking for:

  • An accomplished Relationship and Sales Manager with proven track record of penetrating and maintaining business relationships in the IFA Market.
  • Introducing existing relationships for the mutual benefit of all.
  • Good understanding of the financial advice process, ideally level 4 qualified.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
  • Understanding and experience of the UK with profit sector and the investment platform market.
