Our financial services client is a product provider including With Profits funds which is where this BDM or RSM role as it called sits.
The role responsibilities include:-
- Deliver sales revenue through the sale of the With Profit Fund via IFA’s
- Develop "Business to Business" IFA relationships and feedback to help develop capability and approach, to support future customer growth.
- Develop, maintain and grow existing and new adviser relationships in person and didgitally
- Develop and maintain key platform relationships with partner platforms.
- Deliver and own strong sales performance against stretching goals.
- Be responsible for conducting own business plan, as agreed National Sales Manager
- Be responsible for the production of MI reports as appropriate, for review with your line manager
We’re looking for:
- An accomplished Relationship and Sales Manager with proven track record of penetrating and maintaining business relationships in the IFA Market.
- Introducing existing relationships for the mutual benefit of all.
- Good understanding of the financial advice process, ideally level 4 qualified.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Understanding and experience of the UK with profit sector and the investment platform market.
