Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a Process Team Leader who will ensure that the process/production team conforms to all required compliance requirements.

You will assist the Site Leader in setting the Sites' budget and the site KPI's; day to day responsibility for monitoring such and ensuring that necessary corrective actions are in place and budget/maintenance/process targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

Day to day responsibility for meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly production targets. Report these on a daily basis while hosting the daily production meeting.

Ensure KPI's for each area of responsibility are documented, understood and are met or exceeded on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure that the annual site budget is met or exceeded. Review as required and take action to ensure targets are met or exceeded

Liaise with the technical team and adjust process parameters when required to ensure healthy plant.

Work with the engineering team to implement new installations and to fault find process issues.

Ensure adequate process logs and data collation (including downtime reporting) to allow timely and accurate data collection allowing data led decision making.

Ensure completion of all shift tasks by process operators as per requirements.

Carry out analysis of operational data to identify trends.

Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments for all key tasks and by auditing be confident these are being followed to ensure safe systems of work.

Develop and implement training plan for new process operators. Actively assist where required with training of new employees.

Qualifications

Qualified to a minimum of HND level in an engineering discipline (or equivalent) or can fully demonstrate comparable experience

Good Higher results in Mathematics and a science related subject

Experience & Skills

Proven experience working in a modern dynamic manufacturing business

Experience of plant operations and meeting production targets in same or similar industry

Leadership and soft skills training and/or experience

Experience of working under remit of a quality management system and/or compliance quality standards e.g. PAS110

Permit to work experience Excellent mathematical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Full UK Driving Licence
