Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Audit Senior, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit services to a wide range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting external audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, charities, housing associations, and pension schemes
- Liaising with colleagues, Managers, and Partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members and assisting with in-house training sessions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Ensuring work is completed within required timescales and budgets
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team

Candidate Requirements- Newly qualified CA or ACCA with recent external audit experience
- Experience in accounts preparation within a public practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Demonstrable experience working to budgets and deadlines
- IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, CCH Audit Automation, SAGE, Xero, and CaseWare IDEA preferred
- £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
