**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Deliver high levels of customer service both face-to-face home visits and over the phone
- Tailor services to meet the unique needs of each customer
- Work towards set targets to ensure the highest standards of service
- Liaise with local third parties and key contacts to provide seamless support
