SPEN Supervisor: Inverness

We are currently recruiting for a SPEN/ SSEN Supervisor for a OHL Scottish Power project for a 12 month contract based in the Highlands.

We can also pay Outside IR35.

Duties include:

  • Ensures work is carried out safely by application of skillset.
  • Sets operatives to work and delivers pre job briefs
  • Assists in the planning of work
  • Manages orders and deliveries of construction materials
  • Organise staff work schedules
  • Completes records for site reports
  • Attends site management meetings
  • Carries out regular workplace assurance activities and completes reports
  • Delivering inductions to new personnel
  • Liaising with Project Managers for any issues on site
  • Ensure resource are qualified in their roles (SQEP)

What we need:

  • CSCS card
  • SSSTS
  • EN-1 ticket (SPEN)
  • Prior Experience with Scottish Power
  • 2 professional references
