Are you looking for an off-the-tools role in company with a fantastic reputation in their industry in a busy depot where no two days will be the same?

In this off-the-tools role you will be responsible for managing the success of a busy service department, being the main point of contact for customers and clients across the highlands. You will be training apprentices, liaising with parts and sales departments and reporting back to central command and the Depot Manager.

This company have been established for over 50 years and supply Agricultural, Construction and Plant Machinery to businesses across the UK. An opportunity has arisen an Engineer with Leadership ambitions, looking for the prestige and responsibility a senior managerial position brings.

This role would suit an Engineering, Service. Depot or Workshop Manager from a Machinery, Plant or Agricultural background looking for a senior managerial position that offers the responsibility and autonomy to successfully run a service department.

The Role:

  • Managing a team of Engineers in a busy Workshop
  • Being the main point of contact for Customers and Clients
  • Training apprentices and on-boarding new staff
  • Reporting directly to the Depot Manager and central management
  • Liaising with Sales and Parts departments to ensure Engineers have access to the right equipment

The Person:

  • Engineering Manager, Depot/Workshop Manager, Service Manager or similar
  • Looking for an off-the-tools role
