We have a fantastic opportunity for you based in Sale to join a highly respected legal team specialising in personal injury. My client is offering flexible working patterns, with a hybrid working opportunity.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.


What will you be doing as a Secretary?

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the fee earner, including audio typing and document production.
  • Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other businesses professionally and efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handling routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, diary management, and preparing legal documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and organised client files, ensuring compliance with the firm's policies.
  • Reception cover on a rota basis as and when needed, to include scanning of post and outgoing post cover.




We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong secretarial skills, including fast and accurate typing, with a focus on audio typing.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in IT systems, including Case Management Systems.
  • Previous experience in Legal Secretarial work.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with and positive and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience of word processing and general office equipment.
