General Manager - Hospitality
Inverness based
up to 38k - must have minimum 2+ years within Management
A long-established hospitality business based in Inverness is looking for a full-time Manager to join their team
As part of a small, dynamic group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this fast-paced business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management Team while maintaining the autonomy to run the business
Key Responsibilities:-
- Energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead a team
- Trustworthy and able to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude, capable of multitasking
- Strong attention to detail
Job Requirements:-
- General housekeeping and management of counter assistants / including rota management
- Knowledge in stock control and ordering
- Apply sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to uphold a 5-star hygiene rating
- Experience in training and mentoring staff
- An expectation to be part of the front of house team on a daily basis
