My client in the Scottish Highlands is inviting Conveyancing Paralegals of all experience levels to join their dynamic team in Inverness. The offer a hybrid working model, supported by the latest technologies to ensure a connected and collaborative team environment. As the largest department within their firm, the conveyancing team is rich with knowledge and talent, providing an excellent learning ground for those interested in expanding their expertise, including commercial conveyancing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate communication and progress.
  • Providing support and advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Collaborating with team members across several offices to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Contributing to the growth and expansion of the firm by delivering exceptional service to our loyal and repeat clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. 
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a proactive approach to learning and using new technologies.
  • A team player who can also work independently and manage a busy workload.
