Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading boiler manufacturers.
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer/Heat Pump engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Candidate must reside in the IV, PH or KW postcode AREA to be considered for the position
- Servicing, fault finding, and repairs on the manufacturer’s own models of ground source and air source heat pumps
- No call-out rota
- Working to KPIs
- Supporting Field Sales initiatives.
The Package:
- Starting salary: £43,386 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
- No out-of-hours call out.
- Company bonus scheme based on engineer efficiency & overtime – paid monthly on top of salary.
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Van (with private use) & fuel card

The Candidate:
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Willing to meet deadlines and work to targets
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience using a multimeter
- Domestic ACS Qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT & CPA1
- Previous experience working on Heat Pumps would be beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided
