Recruitment Consultant - WARM DESK

Location: Inverness - Hybrid working

Competitive base salary from 25k-35k DOE + Uncapped commission -

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team, which boasts over 22 years of collective experience, making this opportunity a solid and supportive environment for someone eager to excel.

A strong sales mindset is key, as you'll be responsible for winning new business and building lasting client relationships. About the role:

  • Business development calls and client meetings - you will build up your own client base.
  • Candidate marketing - you will source, screen, and engage with candidates
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long term relationships.

Who we're looking for:

  • An experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked in any market
  • A proven biller in either a temporary or permanent recruitment position
  • Or a sales driven individual with great customer service and administrative skills
  • A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
  • Ambition, drive, and a money motivated attitude
  • First class communication skills
