Our client, a supermarket based in Inverness, are looking for merchandisers for night shift in their store.
£13.50 per hour.
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, maximizing sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement merchandising strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.
- Product Display and Presentation: Arrange products on shelves, racks, and displays in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers and promote sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
- Promotional Setup: Implement promotional displays and signage according to company guidelines and marketing plans.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest new merchandising strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and inventory teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Reporting: Track and report on merchandising activities, sales performance, and inventory status to management.
