Our client an award winning family bakery currently have an exciting opportunity to join their Management team, which will take you all round their shops within the Highland area, as well as full training and progression to Manager level.

With this vacancy there will be the expectation to cover shifts within all of their Inverness shops, use of own car is essential as you will be required for shifts in outlying shops ( travel time & mileage will be paid for these shifts ).

Hours of work will be between 6am-4pm Monday - Saturday, Minimum of 30 hours per week but must be able to work up to full-time hours as & when required ( 5 days from 6 )

Starting rate of pay £13.32 per hour moving to £13.85 after training

The main duties will include:

  • Responsible for assisting the Management in co-ordinating & controlling shops to ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shops when required
  • Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide top quality customer care
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required
  • Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices
  • Required to assist in the training & development of the team
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
