Robert Half is partnering with a global business to recruit for a Data Cleanse and Migration Expert to support an ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a finance background. This contract role is for 4-5 months.
Job Title: Data Cleanse and Migration Specialist Location: Oldmeldrum, ScotlandContract Duration: 4-5 months
Working Model: Remote, 2 days a month in the office
Rate: 200 - 240 per day (Umbrella)
Job Purpose:
To support the migration of multiple entities onto an established ERP system by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with financial and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, data input, and data cleansing across various departments and datasets.
- Cleanse, maintain, and align data with related entities already operating on the ERP system.
- Conduct testing and review of data, documenting results and changes in accordance with internal control requirements.
- Map current financial systems to the new chart of accounts.
- Understand business-wide information flows and their impact on finance, collaborating with key users and the ERP project team to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Assist with system configuration and the development of user permission sets.
- Perform other duties as required to support the ERP migration process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with data cleanse and system migration
- Prior finance experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and data maintenance.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
- Strong integrity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and project timelines.
