This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead financial planning, analysis and strategy to support the growth of an ambitious organisation. You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving operational and commercial success. As a newly created role, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to make a real impact and shape the future of a dynamic business.

In additional you will:

  • Build strong relationships with business heads to drive profitability and align financial and operational goals
  • Analyse financial performance, provide insightful commentary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare ad hoc performance reports for the executive team
  • Develop and refine detailed financial models for budgets and forecasts and to support long-term growth and decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior management, influencing business strategies and outcomes.
  • Identify and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support projects that impact the wider organisation.

The role is offered as permanent full time.

About you

To succeed in the role, you will be or have:

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
  • FP&A and business partnering background within a fast paced business.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and work with external contractors effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
