Our client are looking for a qualified management accountant to join their team on an interim basis. They are looking for an accountancy professional to join their team on a 4-6 month basis but this could easily be extended upon a successful assignment. This position can pay a PAYE rate of £200-£250 or an Umbrella rate of £300-£350 (Inside IR35). This role is fully office based at our client in Ipswich.
Job Responsibilities:
- Month-end preparations
- Preparing VAT returns
- Training junior accountants
- Assisting with payroll journals
- Managing intercompany accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Professional qualification (ACCA,ACA,CIMA,ACMA etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience of producing monthly management accountants
- Strong interpersonal skills
