Our company is looking for a resilient and detail-focused Administrator to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases, and will possess strong organisational abilities. Experience with Sage Purchase Ledger is desirable but not essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing and maintaining efficient office systems and processes.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office packages to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • To ensure that when set, timescales / deadlines are met organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
  • Handling data entry and management within various IT systems and databases.
  • Communicating effectively with a dynamic team members and external parties.
  • To operate in accordance with the Company’s Quality System and Codes of Practice to ensure that all relevant documentation complies with these systems/schemes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and other IT systems.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Sage Purchase Ledger is desirable but not a prerequisite.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to tasks and problem-solving.
