Admin Assistant

Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Full Time, Office Based (37.5 hours per week)

£13ph to £15.38ph dependant on experience.

Our client is a global leader in their field, an innovative tech company with a commitment to excellence involved in the development of next generation communication products!

They are currently looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team! Reporting into the Admin manager you will be responsible for the day to day Admin Duties, these will include but not be limited to;

  • Ensure smooth office daily operation; continuously improve the office environment and deal with staff daily requests/complaints.
  • Ensure office has enough stock and all the items placed in an organised and trackable system.
  • Raise the purchase order as requested and receive the service/goods and proceed the payments on a timely manner.
  • Timely support to supervisors and departments.
  • Generate invitation letter, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staffs business trip.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers, and report issue to supplier in timely manner.
  • Occasionally cover reception if required.

Experience;

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within an Administration/Coordinator role.

Someone who has a can-do attitude and who is well organised. Much have experience using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
