Deputy Clinical Lead - CBT Therapist - Remote
Home-based, 40hrs/week
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000
Remit
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a specialist provider of mental health and wellbeing services, to recruit an experienced CBT Therapist (with full BABCP accreditation) to join them as their new Deputy Mental Health Clinical Lead.
You’d be part of the Mental Health leadership team of an APPTS accredited organisation which provides remote assessments and psychological therapies for people with mild to severe mental health conditions. This is a leadership role where you will directly line manage a small team of Senior Psychological Therapists as well as support the Service and Clinical Leads to ensure KPIs are achieved and SLAs are maintained. You will also be involved in service improvement, audits and staff training.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is looking for a step up in their career where they can have more management responsibilities whilst maintaining a small clinical caseload.

Candidate
The successful candidate must have:
- A recognised degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Full accreditation with the BABCP
- Experience carrying out clinical supervisions for junior colleagues
- Experience working in IAPT, Occupational Health or with Insurers
- Must have an additional core clinical qualification (e.g. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or a Doctorate in Psychology)
