This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable food and drinks manufacturer provide 24/7 engineering support cover across a large site. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will manage and lead your engineering team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Plan maintenance and engineering schedules
- Performance Management
- To proactively contribute towards maximising machine availability and efficiency
- To maintain correct health & safety standards at all times
Experience Required:
- Mechanical and Electrical trained
- Management/Team Lead experience
- Conversant with Continuous Improvement and TPM techniques.
- Food Manufacturing background
