Job Overview:As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will help us keep things rolling!

Key Duties:

  • Operate and monitor machinery for optimal performance.
  • Assemble components using hand tools and machinery, following safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Lead and motivate your team, ensuring clear communication and delegation.
  • Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and adjustments.
  • Solve problems as they arise, keeping our equipment in top shape.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace, complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Accurately document production data for quality control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and machinery.
  • Familiarity with tooling processes and accurate component assembly.
  • Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, or similar design software is a plus!
  • Understanding of logic controllers is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
