Job Overview:As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will help us keep things rolling!
Key Duties:
- Operate and monitor machinery for optimal performance.
- Assemble components using hand tools and machinery, following safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Lead and motivate your team, ensuring clear communication and delegation.
- Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and adjustments.
- Solve problems as they arise, keeping our equipment in top shape.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Accurately document production data for quality control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and machinery.
- Familiarity with tooling processes and accurate component assembly.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, or similar design software is a plus!
- Understanding of logic controllers is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
