Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers to inform them about products and services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
  • Following up on internal and website leads
  • Answering questions about the products and services that are on offer
  • Driving conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Keeping internal communications up to date and well informed
  • Using your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Driven approach to meet and exceeding targets
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes
