Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to enhance our clients sales efforts through both telephone and Teams communications. This role involves managing incoming leads, proactively engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, and providing support to our Commercial Managers. This role involves closing sales with existing and new customers across the UK and Europe and is fantastic opportunity to join a company that has vision, strong core values and continuously growing. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Convert leads to orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer interface, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Administer commercial activities, ensuring the CRM platform is up-to-date and using the SAP platform to process orders.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and order management, including payment.
  • Contribute to the delivery of revenue for the annual operating plan by converting leads to orders.
  • Own customer relationships in the CRM platform, managing sustainable sales and profits.
  • Ensure customer retention through the best customer experience.
  • Forecast customer requirements with the supply chain.
  • Engage with team members through communication and personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with customers.
  • Perseverance with the attitude to succeed.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence to work independently.
  • Occasional travel ability.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM systems.
  • Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are beneficial.
Benefits:
  • OTE of £45,000 and above
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays.
  • Bonus opportunity of uncapped 3% of invoiced net sales paid quarterly in arrears.
  • Death in Service insurance: 4x base salary.
