Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about products and services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
- Following up on internal and website leads
- Answering questions about the products and services that are on offer
- Driving conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keeping internal communications up to date and well informed
- Using your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceeding targets
- Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working
- A basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes
