We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, forward-thinking global business who are seeking to appoint a professional and results driven Sales Team Manager to assist in driving and leading the company towards success. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven successful experience of managing a sales team.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, applicants are required to have experience gained from within a similar position, with a proven track record in successfully managing a telesales team. You will also need to be fully competent in all aspects of sales management and people development, with proven influencing and problem-solving capabilities.

It is essential that you have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at a senior level both internally and externally, along with driving and delivering results in a highly targeted environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, developing and mentoring the team to drive enhanced performance
  • Providing full management reporting of achievements against key KPI’s
  • Driving conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive a steady flow of leads into the operation through campaigns
  • Keeping internal communications up to date and well informed
