Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all programmes are updated and safety procedures are adhered to
- Working closely with contractors and project managers
- Ensuring all products are top quality and delivered on time
- Working closely with HR to make sure all employees are performing
Skills & Experience required:
- Extensive Project Management experience gained within the Construction industry
- Construction Management qualification
- Prior management experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with financial awareness
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Regulations
- Full clean driving license
