Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all programmes are updated and safety procedures are adhered to
  • Working closely with contractors and project managers
  • Ensuring all products are top quality and delivered on time
  • Working closely with HR to make sure all employees are performing

Skills & Experience required:

  • Extensive Project Management experience gained within the Construction industry
  • Construction Management qualification
  • Prior management experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Commercially minded with financial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Regulations
  • Full clean driving license
