This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead a 10-year industrial project working closely with the senior leadership team.Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee our industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
