Duties:

  • Designing innovative e-learning packages to support online training delivery across the Group
  • Leading the delivery of programmes to leaders across the Group, working directly alongside the Organisational Development Partner for guidance.
  • Support the business with Apprenticeship enrolment and promotion of training opportunities funded by the levy, such as uploading enrolment information into account
  • Review and measure effectiveness of learning programmes and report back any key findings or proposed changes
  • Review training material to ensure this meets group standards on diversity and inclusion
  • Participate in programme delivery projects and provide input on work streams by communicating with key stakeholders and producing work to reflect recommendations or any planned changes
  • Play an active role in the delivery of the Group Apprenticeship strategy by regularly reviewing objectives and planned activity according to agreed timeframes
  • Build engaging and interactive training content which includes videos, audio, and gamification so the training material is enjoyable and memorable to work through.

Experience:

  • Experience in L&D, either at Assistant or Advisor level
  • Ability to confidently deliver training
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to learn multiple new systems
  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Creative thinker
