MacKenzie King are recruiting a Temporary Credit Controller to join a business, based in Ipswich, to support them during a busy period. This Credit Control role requires a proactive approach to unpick complex billing issues, collaborate with vendors to address outstanding balances, and implement solutions to prevent future disputes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate aged debt and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors to negotiate payment solutions and establish positive working relationships.
  • Analyse problem accounts and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and report on progress regularly.
