MacKenzie King are recruiting a Temporary Credit Controller to join a business, based in Ipswich, to support them during a busy period. This Credit Control role requires a proactive approach to work through a high volume of invoices during a busy period for the business. The Credit Controller role will consist of reaching out to customers via email to secure payment as well as escalating accounts that require investigation in order to successfully chase and prevent disputes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate aged debt and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors to negotiate payment solutions and establish positive working relationships.
  • Analyse problem accounts and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and report on progress regularly.
