Due to recent growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive has arisen to join an Ipswich Transport company. The company have a great reputation with this sector and have operated within the UK and Europe for several decades and are now looking for additional support for their Ipswich based Customer Team.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 lunch)

£28,000 - £33,000 DOE

Plus Excellent benefits package

Duties Include

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating order bookings both via road and sea transport
  • Updating in house system
  • Data input and maintaining KPIs
  • Maintaining Company image and ensuring customer service remain high

Skills Required

  • IT Literate
  • High level of verbal and oral communication
  • Experience in shipping and or logistics
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines
