We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in managing detailed logistics and supply chain operations. Whether you are experienced in the logistics sector or eager to learn and grow, we offer comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Liaise effectively with designated customers to ensure all requirements are met according to their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and accurately captured in our systems.
  • Maintain and update service changes in both revised SOP and Internal Operating Procedures (IOP).
  • Attend meetings with customers as required to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Uphold an excellent level of service and relationship management in line with our company’s high standards.
  • Ensure prompt invoicing for services provided to customers.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to queries from both global internal teams and customer departments such as buying, merchandising, or logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail Logistics is advantageous but not mandatory as full training is provided.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a helpful attitude, embodying our motto “We Take It Personally”.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage detailed data accurately.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
