?? Salary: £23,600 - £25,300 per annum

? Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

?? Location: Ipswich, IP1

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to account managers, colleagues, and customers. Your dedication and commitment will contribute to our client's growth, customer retention, and overall success.

????? Reporting directly to the Sales & Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Providing support to customers regarding order progression via telephone and email
  • Communicating order status updates to customers
  • Handling customer queries and updating internal systems
  • Processing orders and managing customer data lists
  • Managaing the returns process
  • Handle credit note processing and reinvoicing
  • Manage quotation and order mangement of rush orders
  • Create customer sample packs and manage stock
