Our client, a leading B2B manufacture, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Needham Market on a full time permanent basis. The Customer Service Representative will join a busy team of experienced Customer Service professionals, reporting to the Office Manager.Key Job duties

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving any customer issues efficiently
  • Process orders and update customer accounts accurately
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and stock availability
  • General administration/data entry

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Previous experience in a customer service or a account management role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial however not essential
