We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Helpline Adviser to provide essential support and advice to callers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. The successful candidate will play a key role within our customer service department, significantly contributing to our Not For Profit mission.

Client Details

Our client is a large organisation within the Not For Profit sector, dedicated to providing support and services across the construction industry. They are renowned for their commitment to improving lives, and are recognised for their stellar customer service department. They are currently looking for an empathetic and people-oriented individual who is looking for weekend work between 8am - 8pm to join their supportive team on a fully remote basis. If someone required additional hours this may be possible alongside the weekend shifts.

Description

  • Manage inbound calls, providing advice and support to callers
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Document call details accurately and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Work closely with the team to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the charity's services
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols
