They are renowned for their commitment to improving lives, and are recognised for their stellar customer service department. They are currently looking for an empathetic and people-oriented individual who is looking for weekend work between 8am - 8pm to join their supportive team on a fully remote basis. If someone required additional hours this may be possible alongside the weekend shifts.
Description
- Manage inbound calls, providing advice and support to callers
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Document call details accurately and professionally
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Work closely with the team to enhance service delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of the charity's services
