Key Responsibilities:· Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). · Assist with the day-to-day care and well-being of children, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. · Work with small groups or individual children to support their learning and development. · Encourage children to develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development. · Help maintain and organise classroom resources and materials. · Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and engage in regular professional development.

The Ideal Candidate:· A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey. · Experience working in an Early Years or primary school setting (desirable but not essential). · A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. · A caring and patient approach with a positive attitude. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent) are desirable but not required.
