Engineer

Required background:Housebuilding

We are working closely with a 5* national housebuilder operating throughout Suffolk to strengthen their Technical team with an experienced Engineer coming from a developer or consultancy background.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Land Appraisal Viabilities.
• Instruct, supervise and monitor engineering consultants for surveys and structural/civil engineering designs.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and statutory authorities.
• Support demolition, site clearance, road and sewer infrastructure works and other construction-related tasks for residential housing developments.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants to resolve engineering issues for planning consents.
• Work closely with the design and planning team to secure planningconsents.
• Manage consultants in preparing infrastructure, foundation, plot drainage, and external leveldesigns
