We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading local employer with prestigious offices based in Ipswich. Due to their continued success, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Events Coordinator to provide first class service in planning, managing and executing company events.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar events coordinating role
  • Foundation degree, higher national diploma or a degree in events management, Level 4 Diploma in Event Management, or a Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning equivalent.
  • Strong administration and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to event management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating event proposals, including timelines, venues, and suppliers
  • Planning events with meticulous attention to financial, budgetary, and time constraints.
  • Using an innovative and creative focus to meet stakeholder requirements and deliver appropriately
  • Planning event aspects, such as venues, seating, dining, guest lists.
