Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £35,000

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (Potential to go Perminant)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting our leadership team through a period of significant change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Board Pack Preparation: Compile and distribute monthly board packs, including financial data, project updates, and personnel information.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Edit and consolidate information into professional presentations.
  • Excel Spreadsheets: Manage and utilise spreadsheets for various tasks.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up internal meetings and ensure all necessary information is gathered and included.
  • Event Organisation: Plan and organise office lunches and events.
  • Support Through Change: Provide essential support to the team during a period of rapid change.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
