Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Executive PA to provide effective and efficient support to their team of Directors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional individual with a strong work ethic, to work for an award-winning business who value their employees.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have a solid background working as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a professional environment. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of managing diaries, taking meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, constructing performance presentations, and dealing with confidential issues discreetly amongst many other ad-hoc duties.

The ability to communicate, prioritise workloads, handle multiple tasks and organise a large team with a high degree of professionalism is fundamental to the role, as is the need to contribute to a team spirited environment with a willing, flexible, and professional attitude.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing confidential and efficient support to the Directors
  • Diary co-ordination, prioritising, and planning
  • Arranging meetings
  • Organising travel arrangements and annual events
  • Producing and collate confidential data, documents, letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required
  • Taking and distribute minutes for meetings
  • Filter post, calls and e-mails and respond appropriately
  • Investigating, dealing and responding to enquiries, requests and demands from all business sectors on behalf of the Directors
  • General office and administration duties as and when required
