Our established and hugely successful business partners are a Fee-Free Mortgage and Protection Adviser business with a head office based in Brightwell, Ipswich, Suffolk.

They work with many regional, national and up & coming new build developers, so the process of purchasing a new build home is second nature and are now seeking trainee mortgage advisers!

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Trainee New Build Mortgage Adviser (Mortgage Qualifier whilst training for a minimum of 12 months) located ON SITE in Brightwell, Ipswich. The New Build Mortgage Adviser is responsible for providing the expertise required to obtain accurate information for affordability based on lender criteria, to provide a fast efficient service.

This role is considered to be a trainee mortgage adviser role once you have undertaken 9-12 months in a sales qualifier role while training; we will help encourage and educate successful candidates through this process and also help with funding toward the relevant, regulatory exams, although it would be beneficial to have at least CeMAP 1 at the outset.

You will need

  • A recognised Financial Services qualification or part qualification, CeMAP, CF1, CF6, RO5
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team, this is essential
  • A can do attitude where its second nature to go above and beyond.
  • To be a problem solver, every situation is different so we need people that will strive to always find a way.
  • A banking or estate agent background and that would be great and experience in new homes, mortgages and sales qualification would be essential
