Corporate Account Handler - National PracticeUp to £45k + BonusHybrid Working (Tues & Thurs in Office) - Ipswich

If you are an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to work with high-profile multinational clients - this opportunity could be one for you!

The Role:

  • As a Corporate Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large, multinational clients with individual premiums of up to £200,000 and an average income of £25,000 per client.
  • You’ll work closely alongside an Account Director or Account Executive to provide top-tier service and support, attending client visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse client base across Leisure & Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Retail sectors
  • Managing Commercial Combined, Motor Fleets, D&O, PI, Liability, Product Recall, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Terrorism, Engineering, PTL & Crime, and Management Liability policies.
  • Handling approximately 25 clients per year, with around 2-4 new client cases each month.
  • Dealing primarily with UK retail business (70%) with the remainder involving UK-domiciled clients with international subsidiaries.
  • Leading open market presentations (90-95%) with a few E-trade policies and scheme-related placements.
  • High-Performing Team: Consistently exceeding targets, achieving a 99% renewal retention rate.
